As part of the CSR family, Potter Interior Systems is a leading supplier of materials within the commercial construction and interior fit out market. Our product includes suspended ceiling, aluminium partitioning, steel stud, industrial and commercial insulation, passive fire products as well as a large range of acoustic wall coverings and whiteboards.
THE ROLE
CSR have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our close-knit team on our site in Addington Christchurch, NZ You will be responsible for the Account management of Christchurch and South Christchurch.
The primary objective is to serve as the primary liaison between customers and the company, establishing enduring and mutually advantageous connections with key stakeholders, while actively seeking out products and solutions that align seamlessly with the customer's requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by leading and implementing effective relationship-building and communication strategies to understand customer needs and convey the value of the Potters product range.
- Cultivate and establish trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring respect and timely execution of tasks.
- Take the lead in coordinating with internal departments to ensure thorough comprehension, resolution, and satisfaction of customer requirements.
- Collect and analyse sales data to gain insights into customer behaviour and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity, including projects and interaction.
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Regular out of town travel required for this role.
