**The Role**:
We have a full-time traineeship on offer, which covers Retail and Optical Dispensing which means you will be building your career in customer service, fashion, retail, and optical skills to help our patients look their best and provide the best vision outcomes. This role is ideal if you are passionate about eyewear fashion and enjoy working with people.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service and consultative selling
- Assist consumers with a sense of fashion and style
- Passionately love eyewear
- Assist the optometrist and store operations
- Study at TAFE part-time whilst training
- Contribute to creating a collaborative, fun, and result-driven team environment

**About You**:

- Full Australian work rights
- Proven experience building strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills, impeccable personal presentation, and ability to thrive in a team environment
- Retail experience, ideally in a fashion or optical boutique-related area
- Have a natural flair for styling customers and creating the ultimate fashion look
- Interested in studying the Optical Dispenser course at TAFE
