About Us: A well-established, family-owned cosmetic clinic is looking for a full-time Patient Coordinator to become an integral part of our dedicated team.

About the Role: As a crucial member of our team, your role will involve ensuring the seamless operation of our cosmetic clinic.

Your tasks will encompass:
Patient Communication:
The Patient Coordinator serves as a liaison between the cosmetic clinic and patients. They communicate treatment options, procedures, and financial aspects to patients in a clear and understandable manner.

Treatment Planning:
The Treatment Coordinator assists cosmetic professionals in creating comprehensive treatment plans for patients based on their cosmetic needs and goals.

Financial Coordination:
Treatment Coordinators discuss the financial aspects of treatment with patients, including pricing, payment options, and any available financing plans.

Scheduling: Coordinating appointments is a key aspect of the role. Patient Coordinator ensure that appointments are scheduled efficiently, taking into account the patient's availability and the professional's schedule.

Patient Education: In addition to explaining treatment options, Patient Coordinators provide educational materials and resources to patients to help them better understand their cosmetic procedures and goals.

Record Keeping:
Patient Coordinators maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, treatment plans, appointments, and financial transactions.

About You: We're looking for an individual who embodies professionalism and possesses the following qualities:
Experience: While prior experience as a Receptionist with Patient Coordinator experience in the cosmetic or dental industry is preferred.

Sales Experience:
Strong sales experience in any field is highly regarded as well.

Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to ensure a positive patient experience.

Organization:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities will help maintain the clinic's efficiency.

Appearance:
A professional appearance and demeanor contribute to our welcoming environment.

Phone Skills: Ability to manage busy phone lines while multitasking effectively.

Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills to uphold our reputation for patient care.
