**About the Hotel - W Melbourne**

W Melbourne is the rebel between the streets, sitting in the heart of the Melbourne CBD on the iconic Flinders Lane, the luxury hotel takes its design cues from Australia’s cultural capital and providing the back-lane entrance keys to what’s New/Next in the city. Extending the laneway culture inside, 294 bold rooms and suites peel back the layers and revel in the city’s history. **What You Will Do - B&F ATTENDANT**
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
- Ensure thorough understanding menu and special offerings including dietary.
- Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and venue/hotel offerings.
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before use.
- Complete closing duties: store reusable goods, break down goods, clean equipment and areas, return equipment to proper locations, lock refrigerators, restock items, turn off lights, lock doors, and complete daily cleaning checklist.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
- Use clear and professional language when speaking with others.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Assist follow talent to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
