Job Title: Studio Manager

Location: Pursuit Muay Thai - Melbourne

Pursuit Muay Thai - Melbourne is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Studio Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth operations of our gym. Our gym is dedicated to offering high-quality Muay Thai training to individuals of all levels, from beginners to experienced fighters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of gym operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and staff support.
- Manage gym budget and ensure financial goals are met.
- Create a positive and motivating gym culture that encourages member retention and attracts new members.
- Support and assist Head Coach with classes.
- Maintain gym equipment and facilities to ensure they are clean, safe, and in good working condition.
- Represent Pursuit Muay Thai - Melbourne in the local community, networking and building relationships with potential clients and partners.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in gym management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Passion for health, fitness, and martial arts.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with gym software and financial management.
- Full time 38 Hour position, evenings and some weekend work (Event based)

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Croydon VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Gym Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Martial Arts: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)
