Maintenance Supervisor

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will supervise the maintenance and cleaning staff across our Aged Care Facility X 4 Your expertise will allow you to provide effective direction across the facility building and its grounds. Though your role will have some practical aspects, you will have a safety mindset and your main focus will be to support your team to meet quality standards and deadlines.

**About You**

You have an eye for detail and trade qualifications to show your extensive experience in building maintenance. Having previously worked within the community sector, you have an understanding of the workings of buildings including: air conditioning, electrical and fire systems, plumbing and essential services. You communicate confidently, and have a strong desire for working in an innovative environment.
