**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Join TAFE NSW as a valued member of our Delivery, Implementation and Performance - Class Support team. The Class Preparation Assistant Catering and Bakery is responsible for all hygiene and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and compliance criteria around responsible storage and disposal of food, as well as preparation of classroom commodities and food preparation, classroom cleaning and set up. Your day-to-day activities can be physically demanding include shopping, washing up, quality control and storage of goods and managing equipment levels.

**ABOUT YOU**
You are a self-starter who is willing to be hands on to support learning outcomes and delivery in the classroom. You are excited to share your hospitality industry knowledge and experience with others.
Crucially, you are someone who shares the TAFE NSW Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence and Customer First.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Certificate II in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Sound knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles and safe work practices.
- Current Responsible Services of Alcohol Certification (desirable).
- Knowledge of relevant consumables and equipment.
