Our products include roof, wall, ceiling, patio systems, and a wide range of accessories.

**About the role**

With our business continuing to develop and grow, Delta Panels is looking for a Sales Representative to join our sales team to assist with meeting demand. This is a full-time position. You main focus will be looking after sales for our Powder Coating business. You will be require to work both in the office and externally on the road.

**About You**
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience/ on-road sales experience.
- Knowledge of Powder Coating system requirements - desirable
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Be able to work independently and under pressure.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Relationship building.
- Ability to close deals.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Agile and adaptable.
- Ethical, accountable, and responsible.
- Be highly motivated and results-driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Obtain driver license.

**Primarily you will be responsible for the following**:

- Achieving monthly budget.
- Maintain and grow customer base while developing long-term relationships.
- Ability to plan activity, manage territory and identify opportunities.
- Quoting, following up, and securing orders.
- Resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services.
- Obtain and maintain high levels of product knowledge.
- Provide industry-leading customer service.
- Regularly report progress to the Sales Manager on achievements.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
