Support services will be:

- Ongoing shifts Wednesday/Thursday/Friday,
- Shift Times 1000 - 1400,
- Social support will be provided in the home during this time and prompting for personal care.
- 6+ months paid experience as a disability support worker
- Minimum cert III in Disability or Life experiences
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
- Valid Police Check
- Car and Licence
- Vehicle Insurance

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: From $38.08 per hour
