**The Role**:
bestchance Child Family Care is currently seeking a motivated and versatile individual with a positive and proactive approach to join our team to provide executive support to the Chief Operating Officer while also being the first point of contact for the organisation, in particular, families requiring our services. As an experienced and passionate executive/administrative officer with a strong customer service focus, you will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of people every day.

This is a hybrid role combining responsibilities in customer service with executive support to the Chief Operating Officer, requiring a unique blend of skills. We are seeking someone with experience providing quality customer service with professionalism and efficiency while also providing comprehensive administrative/executive support to ensure the seamless operations of the Chief Operating Officer’s daily activities.

This role is full-time, onsite with work hours 8.30am - 4.30pm.

**About you**:
To be successful you will have experience working in a similar role within a fast paced and complex environment.

Crucial to your success will be your proven track record in being a team player, your adaptability, your ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with key stakeholders, your attention to detail and your ability to maintain confidentiality.

With exceptional organisational and time management skills, you will have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks without compromising on quality or efficiency. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling you to interact with clients and internal team members effectively all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.

All bestchance staff are required to produce a current Working With Children Check and a successful National Police Check prior to employment. In in some circumstances other mandatory checks will be required.
