**The role**

Due to growth with this law firm, our client is seeking an experienced legal bookkeeper/office manager. You will report to the Principal and your duties include trust accounting including trust cheques, trust reconciliations, receipting and transfers, trust account audits, assisting with billing, staff management, ordering stationery and supplies, facility management and general admin duties. This position is full time.

**Your experience**

You will have a minimum of 3 years Legal Bookkeeping experience, trust accounting experience and office management experience.
