**About you**
As our**_ Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - GP Training_**, you’ll have a mindset of continuous improvement and experience in designing, coordinating and delivering process improvement. You’ll be solutions focussed and have the ability to adjust your communication style to suit your audience, be it supporting Executives and the senior leadership team in a complex environment or external stakeholders. To succeed in the role, you’ll:

- be CA, CPA qualified or equivalent along with a relevant degree / tertiary education in Finance or Accounting
- have experience in the financial management of government grants
- have extensive budgeting and forecasting experience with proven proficiency in business partnering and advisory.
- have extensive experience developing management reporting to suit a range of audiences.

**About the opportunity**
Reporting to the**_ Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, _**you’ll lead the delivery of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function for GP Training, including budgeting, forecasting and finance advisory services for this key business stream within the College. You will deliver financial performance reporting and key financial insights to a range of RACGP stakeholders, including the RACGP Board, Finance Audit and Risk Management Committee (FARM), College Executive and leadership teams. As a senior member of the team, you will provide leadership and coaching within the Finance Business Partnering function. In addition, you’ll:

- be responsible for regular financial reporting for the GP Training business stream of the College.
- lead the development and delivery of key planning, forecasting and budgeting cycles within the GP Training business stream of the College.
- partner with College Executives and senior leaders to ensure revenue and expenditure drivers and metrics are met in line with college budgets.
- lead the provision of advance and guidance to all stakeholders on the financial accounting, management and acquittal of grants.
- lead the provision of financial advice and guidance in the formulation of grant proposals.
- represent the College to Grantors on financial matters relating to GP Training.
