**About the Opportunity**:
A leading APAC FMCG business in is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join their team as an FP&A Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly created FP&A function, driving business insights and supporting strategic decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for decision-making.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Assist in the development of KPIs and dashboarding to track business performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or CFA qualification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in the FMCG/QSR/Procurement industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Experience in building financial models and reports. Power BI skills preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
