**About the position**
The Manager Wellbeing and Safety develops and delivers proactive wellness and safety programs and responds to and resolves work health and safety incidents. The Manager Wellbeing and Safety leads a small team creating programs and frameworks, such as the Parliament’s Safety Management System, to foster and promote a positive physically and psychologically safe workplace culture. The Manager Wellbeing and Safety works with members of Parliament, people leaders and staff from various cohorts across the three parliamentary departments to achieve these aims.
