Our recent projects include Causeway Cyclist and Pedestrian Bridge, Mindarie Apartment, Onslow Resort Accommodation, Public Transport Operations Control Centre (PTOCC)

**What you’ll do**

Specific activities will include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinate project requirements and allocate modelling resources
- Utilise BIM tools and workflows to deliver large scale projects
- Interpret BIM requirements and implement suitable BIM protocols
- Ensure that accurate drawings and registration systems are produced according to supplied specifications and applicable standards, internal and external
- Maintain technical standards as per contractual obligations
- Expertly liaise with high level external stakeholders and clients

**What we’ll love about you**
- Extensive experience working within the building services as a BIM Coordinator
- Personal and technical skills to represent the company at an internal, external and management level
- Ability to demonstrate leadership in a team environment including managing resources and developing team skills
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Naviswork and various BIM systems
- Excellent knowledge and expertise of BIM processes & protocols
- Experience leading design delivery teams on large scale buildings projects
