About the Role:
To be successful in this role, you will bring solid HR business partnering experience and the ability to develop and implement our people strategy across diverse teams. You will have experience in employment relations, change management and have a proven capacity to operate both strategically and operationally. Your approach will be one of connecting with frontline leaders, where your ability to build trust and provide sound HR advice will be pivotal.

In your role, you will:

- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted partner in delivering HR solutions that align with business objectives
- Deliver a full range of HR services including organisational design and change, talent management and organization development
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to proactively implement HR initiatives, focusing on areas such as workforce engagement, retention, and employee development
- Support the continued development of people management capability of leaders by providing the necessary information and tools and offering coaching when needed to support their practical implementation
- Assist in developing and delivering HR training modules

The experience you will bring:

- A relevant degree qualification in HR, Business, or a related field
- Significant HR Business Partner experience preferably in a matrix organisation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support managers and employees
- Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships to drive business results
- A demonstrated ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy and deliver relevant, effective people solutions in a changing environment
- Working knowledge of Workday, CHRIS21 or other HRIS is desirable
- Experience partnering with managers to resolve complex people management issues
