**The Role**:
Our client is a Global Professional Services organisation on the lookout for a IT Trainer
- Sharepoint / Teams / O365
- Hybrid Working Arrangements
- Up to 100k inc Super

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Conducting follow-up and additional training as required to enhance the individual's learning, eg, 1:1 training in meeting rooms.
- Remote training when required, over video conference or telephone technology to assist the broader IT training team.
- Providing assistance to support services staff when required, in particular for requests that may be resolvable by training.
- Development of new training materials, including handouts.
- Updating existing training materials as required to ensure that training accurately reflects the current live state of the system or process and to ensure standards.
- Work with IT support teams to identify gaps in training for meeting room knowledge.

**About You**:

- Experience with Teams and poly devices desirable.
- Extensive technology training experience in a professional environment.
- Experience in developing training written materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent PC literacy.
- Demonstrable skills in SharePoint online
