**Your Role**:
As a Leading Hand, you’ll carry out, oversee and coordinate our landscaping projects, ensuring impeccable standards of workmanship. Your leadership will guide a skilled team, delivering top-notch results that exceed client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team on various structural landscaping projects including retaining walls, paving, decking, pergolas, and more.
- Interpret landscape plans and blueprints for precise project execution.
- Manage on-site operations: scheduling, material orders, and quality control.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery safely.
- Uphold health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Train and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
- Monitor timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

**About You**:

- Proven experience as a Leading Hand or similar supervisory role in landscaping, ideally 4+ years.
- Cert 3 in Structural Landscaping and Construction
- Expertise in structural landscaping techniques and materials.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret landscape plans.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Will reliably show up for work 5 days a week.
- Relevant certifications in landscaping or construction are ideal but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract

Pay: $50.00 - $68.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
