We are currently seeking a skilled Sheetmetal Trades Worker to join our dynamic team. The

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to determine job requirements.
- Be able to use CAD/CAM software for machine operations and to understand projects, ability to use these software's to create nests ready for estimation
- Measuring, marking out, and cutting metal sheets to size using shears, saws, or laser cutters
- Shaping and forming metal components using bending brakes, rollers, and other forming equipment.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Sheetmetal) or relevant qualification.
- Proven experience working as a Sheetmetal Trades Worker or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to accurately measure and calculate dimensions.
- Experience operating sheet metal machinery and welding equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
- Overtime pay
