**About The role**

We are looking for a **Cluster Revenue Manager** to support our rapidly expanding Ingenia Holidays portfolio. Reporting to the National Revenue Manager, Tourism, your responsibilities will focus on **revenue and yield management** for a cluster of holiday parks in your respective portfolio. You will provide specialist revenue support & analysis for the park managers at a property level and collaborate with the broader Ingenia Holiday Parks Team.

**Responsibilities**
- Daily rate and inventory management for properties to ensure revenue is optimised in accordance with market conditions and growing market share.
- Ensure revenue management processes are in place across the portfolio, implementing the strategy determined per asset on daily basis.
- Conduct ongoing competitor pricing to ensure proper rate positioning.
- Responsible for the efficient updating of demand planning and quoting group business.
- In conjunction with the National Revenue Manager, initiate and control yield management initiatives, and configure rates to comply with agreed revenue strategies.
- Clear understanding of all revenue related statistics at all of your properties; i.e. pick up trends by accommodation type, price demand, season, stay time etc.
- Track and review booking pace of parks daily.
- Forecast revenue at each property.
- Identify opportunities for new reporting and analytics tools to assist the Revenue and Park Management teams to make informed decisions.
- Conduct weekly/fortnightly revenue meetings with the park managers in your portfolio to review performance and recommend actions.
- Travel to parks as required to develop relationships and instil best practice in revenue and yield management.
- Assist the Revenue Systems Specialist in maintaining the PMS and handling queries from the network.
- Assist front line teams by assisting to develop best practice methods in data integrity.
- Maintain rate and package information in distribution channels (direct digital, OTA’s and marketing affiliations selling channels).
- Ensure rate parity and integrity across Ingenia website and all third-party channels.

**About You**
- Relevant tertiary and / or industry qualification
- Previous experience using a hotel-based PMS system, e.g. Opera or RMS
- Trained in Newbook and PowerBI is advantageous but not essential
- Practical revenue management experience in the accommodation/travel industry
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly throughout the network as required
- Effective and efficient use of the Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced Excel skills
- Confident communication skills and an ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- In-depth understanding of property operations
- Attention to detail and effective time management
