Your key responsibilities will include;
Effective and professional telephone operation;
Assisting clients and understanding their needs and requirements to know when and where enquiries need to be directed effectively;
Transferring calls and taking messages after consideration as needed;
Provide quality service, greeting our clients with a smile and taking the time to establish a relationship making the clients feel comfortable and welcome;
Co-ordinate administrative duties and prioritise tasks to balance competing demands and client needs;
Maintain the mail-in and mail-out tasks, including typing letters;
Running errands such as banking and lunch orders;
Assisting with data entry and filing where required;
Ensuring the office is clean and presentable at all times;
Supporting the administration, accounting and financial planning teams
You will need;
A driver's license;
A high level of maturity and awareness;
A professional and friendly manner;
Clear, concise and confident verbal and written communication;
Strong client service skills;
Strong organisation and time management skills with attention to detail;
Excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency with Microsoft outlook and office;
A quick learner who looks for ways to improve.
This position is Monday to Friday within ordinary business hours 9:00am to 5:00pm wih an ideal commencement date of 8 January 2024.
