**TEN Recruitment** are in partnership with a tier one civil contractor to recruit a
** HSE Advisor**. Our client is a national group of companies with specialisms across Civil Engineering, Construction and Engineering. Their projects include some of the largest civil infrastructure projects in WA, both Perth metropolitan and regional in sectors such as Transport Infrastructure, Land Development, Mining / Resource and Energy.

They are currently recruiting a HSE Advisor to work on a FIFO basis on a prestigious transport infrastructure project for MRWA involving road and bridge construction. With a robust pipeline of projects ahead, this is an exciting opportunity to secure ongoing employment with one of Australia’s largest construction contractors

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage and support project team and workforce to champion use of systems, client requirements and industry best practice
- Implementation of HSEQ standards that align with compliance and due diligence requirements
- Undertake audits, inspections and frontline engagements
- Contribute to risk workshops, communication forums and safety initiatives
- Contribute to work method statements, project plans and reviews
- Contribute to incident investigations and reviews.

Criteria:

- 2+ years’ experience working in civil infrastructure (roads & bridges).
- Desirable MRWA experience.
- Certificate IV in OSH/WHS (Diploma desirable)
- Knowledge of current legislation, standards and industry requirements
- **MUST HAVE AUSTRALIAN WORKING RIGHTS AND RESIDE IN THE PERTH, WA AREA**
