**The role & responsibilities**:
We are looking for a full time sales assistant who is eager to accelerate in their career and join the passionate team at The Athletes Foot Mosman

The opportunity will also include involvement in local community activations, partnering with sporting events and managing relationships with health care professionals that we work with. This is not your normal retail role with a lot of work happening “outside the four walls” of the stores to drive brand growth.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience as a full time / senior casual retail sales assistant
- A motivated & driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude
- A passion for leading & inspiring a team to succeed
- A proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPI’s and targets
- Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
