The purpose of the Internal Communications Manager for our Corporate Brands is to lead the development, delivery, and execution of the communications strategy internally. You will play an instrumental part in devising a ‘next generation’ approach to how we communicate our brand news internally - improving existing methods while identifying and developing fresh and new ways of delivery.

**Day to day you’ll be**
- Develop and execute an internal communications and engagement strategy
- Work closely with multiple key stakeholders in other functions to support initiatives and align activities across local regional and global markets
- Develop and activate internal comms strategy to share the vision, key initiatives and business updates with employees
- Lead the development and posting of content, telling our news and stories through an innovative, multi-channel approach - improving existing, while identifying and developing new internal channels and methods
- Encourage two-way communications by establishing channels, forums and responsive feedback to drive engagement
- Devise compelling and creative internal campaigns and assets to support key strategies to build employee engagement, commitment and enthusiasm
- Provide creative input and support to senior executives and brand teams on communications aspects around key internal announcements and events (virtual & in-person)
- Storyboard or translate ideas to the creative including briefing designers and other external suppliers
- Deliver presentations at internal events such as management meetings
- Draft messages or scripts from senior executives to support presentations and updates to employees in written or spoken form
- Ensure internal communications messages reflect overarching communications strategies set down by VP Global PR & Communications, are consistent across all mediums and applicable to different departments
- Where relevant, ensure internal communications is always consistent with and aligned with corresponding external communications activities
- Under the direction of VP Global PR & Communications, handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organisational perception and reputation
- Build upon existing internal communications & engagement metrics to measure impact and success of strategies and activities
- Mentor and collaborate with Global Internal brand Communications
- Executive for the FCM brand to ensure comprehensive internal delivery of comms for both brands internally

**We’d love to hear from you if you have**
- Minimum 8+ years' communications experience with a proven record of achieving extensive dealings with senior business stakeholders
- Degree is Communications, Journalism, PR, Media Studies or business related discipline
- Other qualifications in Business, Marketing or Change Management (added advantage)
