Rippit Golf was formed with two thoughts in mind. Provide a locally owned premier facility for golfers to hone their skills as well as introduce non-golfers to the sport from trusted professionals. For the non-golfer we provide a fun environment that everyone can participate in. We offer lessons, mini golf, competitions, golf simulators, driving range and lots more.

This Traineeship offers both formal and on the job training while working towards a Certificate III Hospitality (Option for Certificate 4 in Management also).

**Key Responsibilities: As a Hospitality Trainee at Rippit Golf, you will**:

- Commitment to Customer service satisfaction
- Customer service, till operation and reconciliation processes
- Setting up events for functions
- Reporting and communication with team members including hand over procedures
- Venue cleanliness and presentation
- Cleaning operations
- Adhering to all Work, Health & Safety requirements whilst performing work duties

**Skills and Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have**:

- A Year 10 High School Certificate
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to completing your traineeship
- A willingness to listen and learn is a must
