**Social Media Manager** with a passion for result driven social media solutions to help them manage their growing business.

Being based out of head office located in
**Moorabbin** you will also get to travel to all their other locations twice a month in the CBD, Elwood, Sandringham, Mount Eliza & Narre Warren to shoot exciting content

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
You will be responsible for building the boutique brand with a strong presence in the social media space.

As the Group Social Media Manager, you will be running the clinic’s social media pages & for head office. In particular, you will:

- Work closely with the clinic owner/managers to film content and post
- Work with the owners to manage the head office page to post content & respond to all messages
- Monthly content planning, development, implementation, reporting and optimizations across all TSB social media platforms
- Research, plan and create engaging content (such as Reels, Stories and Albums) to increase engagement and grow social communities
- Maintain the social media content calendar and coordinate the creation of assets across all clinics
- Short-form content writing, ensuring posts are suitable and tailored for each clinic
- Community management for social channels, taking part in conversations with the audience to generate positive sentiment and loyalty
- Must have photographers/videographers so they can create meaningful, plan and create engaging content (such as Reels, Stories and Albums) to increase engagement and grow the social channel
- Write content for EDM
- Post weekly content on Linked In

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Display skill, passion and demonstrate experience across the social media platforms
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related discipline with experience in a similar role
- Previous experience working in beauty/cosmetic industry preferred but not necessarily essential
- Up to date knowledge of marketing best practice across digital & social channels
- Problem-solving and strategic thinker
- Excellent organizational, time management, and administrative skills
