**Position Overview**
The department is looking to hire a Roster Support Officer for Reporting to the Duty Manager and providing the Roster requirements for Search and Rescue Capability within the ARC on a 24/7 basis.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Complete a Roster for ARC staff and administrative duties in support of Duty Managers, ARC.
- Operational duties include:
- Utilise roster system for daily management of the ARC roster.
- Process Annual Leave, excess leave and sick leave through Aurion Roster System.
- TRIM work for project and file management within the ARC.
- Planning sessions with Duty Managers for upcoming training and exercises.
- Weekly rostering plans for training projects
- Invoicing work and business administration duties.
- Liaison with ARC staff regarding roster guidelines and requirements.
- Catalogue AMSA/ARC folders and drives for streamlined information gathering.
- Manage Engagement Plan for ARC.
- Work within Fatigue Management guidelines for roster upkeep.
