About us
Lutheran Homes Group (LHG) is one of the largest not-for-profit aged care and retirement living providers in SA. LHG provides services to more than 1,100 residents and home care clients, supported by approximately 700 staff. The organisation combines tradition and history with innovation and modern practices.
About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate and driven sales consultant to join the Independent Living team with Lutheran Homes. Reporting to the Independent Living Manager, this role will be pivotal in the end-to end management of the independent living units and perform a wide variety of tasks from initial tours with residents to providing advice on refurbishments, understanding our core market. Based at our Corporate Office, there will be frequent travel to all LHG sites.
Key Duties
- Coordinate and conduct tours and visits for prospective clients
- Manage the waiting list and execute contracts
- Prepare surveys and reports as required
- Unit handover and resident welcome to village
About you
- Hold a recognised qualification in Property Management and/or Sales
- Experienced in property appraisal and negotiation
- Experienced in a similar role
- Sound knowledge base relating to the Aged Care Quality Standards, the Aged Care Act, The Retirement Villages Act 2016
- Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- Well-developed communication (face-to-face and written) skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of people
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
