Due to the growth in demand, they are looking for multiple Machine Operators across day and afternoon shift to join their team in Revesby.

Shift times:

- Day shift: 7am - 3pm Mon
- Thurs & 7am - 12pm Fri
- Afternoon shift: 3pm - 11pm Mon - Thurs & 12pm - 5pm Fri
- **Duties and responsibilities**:

- Ensure the corrugator machine is operating effectively and to maximum efficiency
- Setting up automated machine for operation, trouble shooting and quality checks
- Feeding the materials through the converting lines and printing plates
- Ensure the corrugator machines is in working order and complies with all relevant safety regulations
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Maintaining a consistently high level of safety standards and housekeeping practices throughout the manufacturing site

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Proven experience working in a similar industry either printing, packaging or paper/cardboard would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong machine operating experience
- Minimal heavy lifting
- Strong commitment to work with the right attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Current forklift license would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong commitment to following WHS protocols and participation
- Effective communication and teamwork ability
