**The Opportunity**

The Casual Research Officer will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working on live research projects providing a variety of high-quality research services to support design researchers in the Department of Design including:

- Using specialised design methodologies
- Undertaking research
- Data analysis and synthesis of insights that inform design direction
- Concept design (sketching, communicating and collaborating)
- CAD & Visualisation (solid works and keyshot an advantage)
- Prototyping (digital fabrication, workshop skills and good safety practice)
- Ensuring a compliant and safe research environment

This role is a casual position.
