This is an Australian-owned Fashion Retailer with multiple brands under their banner and they are in growth mode. With multiple store opening nationally over the past few years, this new brand is been well received across Australia.

**What we need**:

- The driver of customer service in the store
- Engaging and warm with both team and customers
- Understand KPI's and sales budgets/targets
- Community focused and how to develop business in your space
- Build loyalty within the business and the community

**Skills desired**:

- Ability to manage and lead a small team
- Work a Tuesday to Saturday roster with no late nights
- Working knowledge of rosters, Visual Merchandising, Wages, Stock Control and all other aspects of running a successful retail environment
