**About the Role**

As a member of the Grace information Management team, you will be providing premium customer service to some of Australia's leading organisations,

Your duties will be the following but not limited to:

- Retrieval of boxes, files, tapes, and other items for delivery
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service that work order requirements for delivery/pick-up are validated and scanned to ensure accuracy
- Liaising with the Warehouse Supervisor in regard to any non-compliant boxes, files and tapes.
- Provide assistance to drivers with the loading and unloading of their vehicle

**About You**
- Warehouse Experience is desirable
- LO licence is desirable
- RF scanner experience is desirable
- Be hard working and reliable
- Must be physically fit and have the ability to lift boxes
- Work well under pressure
- Be a team player with a great attitude and a willingness to learn
- High attention to detail
