**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor product availability, and coordinate replenishment orders.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Sound knowledge of electrical products and industry trends.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
