Mr Top Blinds is a fast growing window coverings manufacurer located in Auburn.

We are seeking to employ a reliable and dedicated full-time warehouse administration officer to join this vibrate and friendly team.
- **Job duties are as follows**:_
- Organise orders placed by client, check order details
- Liase with suppliers, customers, installers and action all enquiries
- Manage orders and organise to production in timely manners
- Maintain and record stock level, check fabric availability and order fabric and components
- Customer service - Greet wholesalers and customers
- Assist work colleagues as required
- Great Microsoft Office skills, Excel & Word
- Can work on Saturday, in exchange of one day during the week
- Fluent Mandarin speaking and writting
- Responsible, Able to manage own time and multiple priorities, pressures and deadlines.
- Past administration experience and warehouse related experience is preferred
