**What you will do
The role of the Proactive Services Deployment Lead is to lead delivery activity of services to stores. The role will partner with and provide deployment progress updates to the State Deployment Lead as well as partnering with the Proactive Services operations team and Supermarkets Operations team in-store team. This role will be responsible for the recruitment of team members for new deployment stores.
- Supporting the development of store task planners, and managing the overall set up across the group of stores to ensure success for the team
- Deliver the end to end elements of store services delivery across NSW
- Team recruitment and selection, rostering, payroll, training are carried out effectively and strong routines established
- Responsible for the recruitment of team members for new deployment stores.
- Carry out routine store tours and identification and prioritisation of activity, looking for opportunities to develop and coach the team
- Ensure the reporting and actioning of any service requirements for machinery and equipment are carried out.
- Accountable for a safe site for everyone, everyday by implementing and evaluating safe work practices, improving safety Be responsible for onboarding and training of the team

**What you will bring**
- An understanding of retail environments, ideally you will have worked on deployment projects in the past
- A solid understanding of Health & Safety within a retail or supermarket environment
- Experience in recruitment of team members & working on projects and meeting expected deadlines
- Have the ability to travel across NSW to assist with store set up and training
- Demonstrated team leadership and coaching capability
- Highly focussed on service delivery These roles may require a degree of travel, including the requirement for overnight stays and/or the need to support remote locations.
