We are searching for a Front of House Manager to run the ropes of this incredible place. The owner has created a venue with style, finesse, and comfort all packed into one. Whilst working within an A-class team, surrounded by Phillip Shaw winery. The location is fantastic, only 30 mins out of Canberra, a four-day working week, assisting in managing the floor, and delivering excellent customer service.

This is a solid opportunity for any locals in the area or those looking to expand their skillset within a thriving business.

**Position breakdown**
- $60,000-$70,000 + Super
- High level of management support
- FOH manager role
- Position full of creativity
- 4-day week

**P**osition Requirements**
- Daily running of the venue
- Managing and training FOH staff
- Ability to deal with customers, handle complaints
- Delegating staff to complete set tasks
- Liaising with owner on future plans
