The successful applicant will be a team player, proactively contributing to the Fundraising Team and broader Mission and Strategic Plan.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Fundraising/Operational
- Assist in nurturing donor relationships
- Support the Fundraising Team to progress individual and regular giving
- Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ownership of database
- Commitment to continuous improvement of the database and your proficiency
- Create regular and detailed reporting for the benefit of all system users
- Work closely and collaboratively with Finance Team

Professional Experience and Qualifications:
Mandatory
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- A current Criminal Records Check and capacity to gain a Working With children's Check.

**Key Criteria**
- Experience using a fundraising database management software (preferably Salesforce).
- Experience and confidence in liaising with people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Strong alignment with CBTS Mission and Values.
- Not-for-profit experience favourable.
