This is an exciting opportunity to reach and engage our consumers and lead the social media team across Australia and New Zealand This role is and Australian based role and is a fixed term contract period in support of maternity leave vacancy across in the Digital team.

**The role**
- Be accountable for the strategy, quality of programs, resourcing and return on investment of Social Media programs Trans Tasman.
- Manage and leverage the strategic media partnerships with Meta and TikTok to gain incremental benefit for our brands Trans Tasman
- Use ROI analysis, benchmarks and industry best practice to develop our people and social media presence Trans Tasman
- Develop and maintain guidelines on social media best practice Trans Tasman

**About you**
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or Communications strongly preferred.
- 5+ years experience managing digital communications activity with creative and technical teams delivering solutions including: digital media buying & optimising, social content management, websites, consumer engagement, digital video. Leadership experience managing a social media team is also essential.
- Solid, proven experience of producing and executing social campaigns. This requires knowledge of online media metrics and planning. Sound operational knowledge of Meta and TikTok essential. Management experience desirable but not essential.
