You will be required to ensure all customers have an enjoyable experience shopping with us by providing assistance where possible and adhering to the points below:
**Customer Service**
- Greet customers in a welcoming manner
- Have a friendly and outgoing approach
- Handling complaints professionally and passing them onto the manager

**Team Work**
- Work well within a team
- Lead by example
- Communicate in a respectful and sensible manner

**Sales**
- Handling cash/EFTPOS payments in accordance with the company’s policy and procedures
- Providing customers with information about products and pricing
- Upsell where possible
- Go above and beyond to assist the customer in finding what they are after

**Floor Duties**
- Ensure floor is kept clean and tidy
- Ensure the shelves are always full with stock
- Set up duties
- Pack up duties
- Rotation of Stock
- Quality control
- Setting up displays

**Flexibility**
- Adapt to business changes in a positive manner
- Take on new tasks as required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
