About the role
The purpose of this role is to provide specialised advanced clinical paediatric nutrition and dietetic services to consumers of West Moreton Health (WMH).
The position includes taking a lead role in the skill development of less experienced staff and assisting the Director Nutrition and Food Services to provide high level leadership, strategic direction and advocacy for paediatric nutrition and dietetic services within WMH.

About you
- High level communication skills, including negotiation and conflict management.
- High level capability to supervise and support less experienced staff, students and as a result ensure safe, sustainable, high quality nutrition outcomes.
- Active leadership in the ongoing develoment of high-level innovative paediatric service improvement and research initiatives, including clinical protocol/procedure/guideline development.
- High level capability in the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical dietetic practices, professional support structures and innovative models of care.
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
