**About the role**:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will ensure timely and accurate rostering of KOPWA’s clinical team so that all shifts are filled against staff availability, and the roster is published by the due date. You will communicate daily with our team members, ensuring the roster is accurate and staff availability documents are kept up to date. You will have strong attention to detail, undertaking rostering reconciliations for payroll. In this role you will also assist in the coordination of the new resident admissions process.

**Responsibilities**

**Rostering**:

- Responsibility for rostering more than 80 clinical staff
- Ensure all staff are rostered within the relevant cycle according to their availability
- Work closely with payroll to complete reconciliation tasks
- Liaise with People & Culture and the Care Managers on gaps in the roster
- Maintain accurate and up to date availability records for clinical staff

**Admissions Coordination**:

- Coordination of the new admissions process
- Administration of data via the Aged Care Provider portal including:
Resident leave
Resident admissions/respite
Providing monthly reports to Director of Nursing (DON) and finalising claims

**About you**
- Have previous rostering experience and has an understanding of the role
- Detail orientated with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to prioritise
- Aged Care experience preferred by not essential
- Experience with problem solving complex roster schedules including multiple teams
- Have experience using MS Office, specifically MS Excel, CRM programs
- High level organisational skills
- Able to work autonomously
- Police check or the ability to obtain one
- Covid vaccination record

KOPWA is a respected and accredited aged care provider located in the leafy streets of Roseville. Our facility is settled in lovely gardens enjoyed by the residents and staff alike.

KOPWA owns and operates a Residential Age Care Facility of 102 beds. The organisation also manages Home Care Packages, both Government supported and Fee for Service, that support clients in their homes, comprising package Levels 1 to 4. These services are provided in the Ku-ring-gai area and extend into the Northern Beaches.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-38 per week

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
