About the Role

The Information Technology Trainee will provide highly valued support to the team across a wide range of activities including general IT support, data input and IT asset administration.

Duties
- Responsible for supporting the day-to -day operations of the Information Technology team.
- Provide administration support to the Information Technology Department.
- Fulfil the requirements to obtain a minimum Certificate III in Information, Digital Media and Technology (Support Stream).
- Commit to a high level of quality management for ATSICHS through use of systems.
- Commit to ongoing continuous quality improvement processes with annual reviews into the efficiency of the service provision.
- Cultivate productive working relationships at all levels.

- Annual salary of $39,000 +10.5% Super.

**Skills and Experiences**:
COVID - 19 Requirements
- Immunisation history showing evidence of up-to-date COVID vaccinations.

Required

Willingness and ability to undertake at a minimum a Certificate III in Information, Digital Media and Technology.
Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
An ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People.
Willingness and ability to work with technology.
Current and valid National Police Check.
Working with Children’s Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply.
Driver's license.

Preferred

Experience working within an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Organisation.
Previous experience in similar Technical/Administration related role.
