Foh - Barista All Rounder

The Boot Factory Cafe is located within the Pentridge Estate Coburg and is currently looking for experienced FOH staff with barista skills to fill **regular** shifts on a **Part-Time **basis. We are looking for someone who has a great personality and who has the confidence to interface with our valued customers, and be able provide exceptional professional and friendly service.

We are seeking expressions of interest from exceptional individuals who have had considerable experience in a fast pace and large cafe of approx. 140+ PAX (particularly weekends). We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can contribute to the FOH team, and has all rounder skills.

**You’ll be perfect for the Barista role if you have**:
A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality with a valid RSA

2-4 years’ experience working with specialty coffee

All rounder skills including FOH Barista skills

A strong work ethic with a customer focused and positive attitude

The ability to work a minimum 3 days a week including weekends & PH

Experience in a busy environment, particularly on weekends

Excellent communication skills, well groomed and professional work ethic

You will be supported by an experienced FOH team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.08 - $36.12 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 27/05/2024
