**Foreperson/ Civil Earthworks Supervisor**

Dedicated to delivering high-profile and high-quality projects, one of Australia’s leading private Civil Earthworks companies has the opportunity for a Forepersons/ Supervisors to join their growing team.

The Foreperson/Civil Earthworks Supervisor will own the successful delivery of various projects across South Australia. This is a "hands on" role with opportunity for advancement, our client empowers their senior people to drive projects delivering an exceptional product on time and on budget.

The position requires leading a team of anything from 3 to 10+ employees dependent on project requirements. It is also responsible for compliance to quality/safety and environmental systems/procedures.

**The Role**
This is a fast-paced, dynamic role; calling for responsive thinking and a keen ability to problem solve.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Leading a team from 3 - 10+ team members as per project requirements
- Ensuring daily productivity and quality so the project is delivered on time and to budget
- Regular reporting of progress and any on-site issues
- On-site supervision and co-ordination of the project and staff
- Attending and coordinating necessary site meetings
- Coordination of multiple activities within on job site whilst maintaining quality ,safety and environmental controls
