W Sydney, opening in Darling Harbour, 12 October 2023, is now casting for a Moonlight Wheels Attendant to run our overnight bell desk and valet guest services. Reporting to the Moonlight Duty Manager this integral role provides a high level of service to guests experience and presents an amazing opportunity to play a key role in the pre-opening efforts of the world’s largest W Hotel, with 588 rooms, suites and studios.

Overall, the Moonlight Wheels Attendant should be able to balance the needs of the overnight team and works closely with Welcome, Style and Beverage and Food talent while maintaining a focus on guest excellence.

**JOB SUMMARY**

Based at the Wheels Desk and responsible for managing the driveway, luggage services, guest requests and valet parking on the overnight shift. Drives W’s Whatever Whenever culture, understands the Bonvoy loyalty program, groups in house and supports operations at the Welcome Desk. A current full New South Wales Drivers Licence is required.
