This role is based in our Springfield branch and will be full time (37.5 hours per week) for the first three months and then will move to be part-time role at 30 hours per week.

**What you’ll do**
- Complete over the counter transactions in an efficient and timely manner, catering to our customers’ busy lifestyles
- Help solve problems and identify solutions to suit our customers financial needs
- Provide seamless end to end customer experience by advising customers on appropriate products and services
- Introduce, promote, and assist customers with digital banking products with a customer centric approach
- Assess the financial needs of customers and provide options to meet those needs

**What you’ll bring**
- Ability to demonstrate strong technical skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills - listen, build rapport, and communicate complex information
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A high level of computer literacy as most training will be delivered virtually
- Strong commitment and a high degree of integrity to help meet and exceed customer expectations
- Confidence to promote products as there will be a sales element in this role
- Previous retail or hospitality experience highly regarded
