We have an exciting opportunity to join the Total Tools national support office as a **National Safety Health & Environment (SH&E) Manager**. In this role you will be responsible for driving the safety culture, performance and compliance across the Total Tools network across our Support Office and our Retail Stores.

**About the role**:

- Develop, implement, and own the health safety and wellbeing strategy for Total Tools
- Lead the implementation and execution of group wide safety programs, whilst understanding the local nuance at a Total Tools business
- Monitor injury and incident events ensuring incident management protocols are followed and investigated, and closed out
- Monitor the safety audit and inspection outcomes as well as incident and injury trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Drive the health and safety culture
- Be a collaborative team member within the Group Health and Safety team
- Liaise with the national injury management team to ensure injury management processes are executed

**What will you bring to the role**:

- Understanding of relevant Australia and New Zealand safety and environmental legislation
- Strong technical knowledge of SHE, risk management, workers compensation and injury management frameworks
- Tertiary qualifications in SHE or a related discipline is advantageous
- Previous experience with developing and implementing SHE frameworks and systems
- Ability to communicate and build relationships with all levels, including small business owners, franchisees
