**The Client**:
This is a dynamic new group to hit the South West Our client connects the people and property, this is a boutique agency run by a fantastic Director that has commenced their career in real estate over a decade ago. Our client is seeking a Leasing Consultant to expand and build their strong property management. You don't want to miss out on this one

**The Role**:
This is an opportunity to work close to home in Sydney's South West Working closely supporting Senior Property Manager, this is a team with great training and great culture. Daily, you will be responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the Property Management team
- Effectively liaise with tenants
- Conduct incoming, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Complete repairs & maintenance management
- Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
- Working towards targets and KPI's

**_MUST have:_**
- Previous experience in Real Estate is preferred but not essential
- A current Certificate of Registration
- A reliable car and driver's license
- Needs to be very diligent and proactive
- Have the ability to work with KPIs
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Great presentation skills
- Be a motivated self-starter
