**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Novar Gardens team as a** Team Member (Machine Operation and Loading)** roles. The BlueScope Buildings Components division in Australia manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through its four leading brands: Lysaght, Fielders, Ranbuild and Kiteleys.

We are excited to be offering **multiple permanent Team Member opportunities** at our **Novar Gardens **site. We have a variety of shift patterns available to fit your lifestyle, including some family and school friendly hours.

Team Members support our manufacturing and logistics operations in ensuring our products and solutions are delivered in a safe and timely manner for our customers. Some of these positions will require lifting and manual movement of product depending on role requirements. We ensure all our employees are equipped with all the necessary equipment and training to complete these tasks safely.

You'll have access to various health and wellbeing initiatives including Employment Assistance Program, Employee Real Deals, as well as ongoing learning, support and training.

**Working Monday to Friday, we are offering the following shifts**:
**Day** - 6.30am to 2.30pm, **Afternoon **- 2.30pm to 10.30pm,

**Working Sunday to Thursday shifts**:
**Night** - 10.30pm to 6.30am

**You will receive a competitive starting salary of $980 per week. You’ll be provided with ongoing training and development, giving you the opportunity to progress to $1,064 per week. Afternoon shift will include a 15% shift allowance, night shift will include a 30% shift allowance. In addition to this, you will be eligible to receive performance and safety bonuses from $540 - $900 per quarter.**

**What Will You Do?**

Being in a key role that impacts the safety of our people as well as the quality of our products, you will be:

- converting steel coil into building products and to pick and pack store items and load and dispatch these products
- servicing customers that attend site whilst ensuring customer waiting time is kept to a minimum
- operating a forklift and processing machinery
- safely preloading and loading our products to trucks
- supporting the team with general tasks
