Within Western Australia our Mining & Resources Division delivers engineering and construction projects for our key Tier 1 iron ore producing clients, which enables them to sustain and expand their mining operations throughout the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. As a trusted partner to the WA resource sector, Calibre is integrated in our Client’s Major Projects which enables up to go above and beyond and succeed together with our clients.

**The Role**:
Offered on a 2:1 roster from Perth, you’ll be responsible for the development & implementation of planning, scheduling and information systems in supporting individual projects and overall program planning.
- Ensuring planning & scheduling for projects comply with company standards.
- Liaison with the Project Manager, design team, operations, service providers & other contractors on an ongoing basis.
- Advise, assist and support Extension of Time Claim delay analysis as requested by the Project Management teams.
- Design all project schedules and ensure integrity of data in all project life cycle.
- Work with the construction and project manager to monitor project works to identify and immediately act upon any areas of programme slippage in conjunction with Project Teams.

- Experience working on an EPCM environment essential.
- Accurate ability to forecast project schedules for staff, potential delays and completion dates.
- Strong analytical, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to accurately calculate construction costs and analyse risk.
- Experience in Detailed shutdown planning preferable.
- Commissioning Planning experience preferable.
